GSM prepaid
Network problem

Dear Sir,

I purchased the instrument and sim in the month of april asuming that

gsm services would be far better than cdma, but I was disappointed to have

the Reliance gsm prepaid phone. Everytime on receiving or dialling.there is network

problem and the call is ended due to the network failure not even in Rajasthan but

also in the other states of the country..

Such a company like Reliance, why the company has started gsm services when

the company was not prepared for this? It has spoiled the company name.
