Overcharging in fees of duplicate sim

Respected Sir,

I m Gagandeep Singh, belong to jalandhar religion. My mobile number is 9023887337. On 8 october i lost my sim. On 9 october i went to reliance care center, oppo. KMV college, jalandhar at 11am. They demanded 200rs for duplicate sim. I was not aware of cost at that time. They gave me sim. I wait till evening 6pm after that went back and asked about no activation. They told to wait 2 hours more. I came back home. Nextday i checked, my number was not working. I made call to customercare, they told me about real cost. I went again and asked about sim then they activated it again. I asked for bill they told me they do not have bill book and come after 4pm. I went again, this time they told me to come again after half hour. They dont have any manners and use a disgusting language. My alternate number is 9417062015. Pls take some action. They are nt able for such responsible work.
