Dear sir,
I was booked 3 tickets from dwarka to Ahmadabad for the travel on 07/03 in GSRTc online booking .due to some inconvenience i was canceled my tickets on same day ie 07/03.web page shows your ticket was canceled and you will get the refund rs624.i waited up to 9-10days but still i cant get any refund from gsrtc.there was no contact and customer care service in gsrtc online booking.please conside my complaint and do needful.here i am sending my details of tickets.
