Despite of my complaints at six times to GSRTC, neither response is given nor the money refunded
Under user ID - vktripathi, on http://www.gsrtc.in/GSRTCOnline/ website, I tried to book ticket on 10 Feb vide GSRTC reference No. G5157166 for journey dtd from SURAT to Radhanpur in Surat Rapar sleeper coach, the money Rs. 293) deducted by the bank from credit card but no ticket booked. The deducted money has been charged by the bank. Later on the ticket was booked under GSRTC ref No. G5157190 for which payment was done separately. Pl do needful for refund for deducted money for GSRTC reference No. G5157166 on 10 Feb for which no ticket booked.
