In my above complain "REFUND NOT RECEIVED FROM GSRTC " detail

In my above complain about "REFUND NOT RECEIVED FROM GSRTC", detail has wrong PNR number.

I have booked my ticket on GSRTC online booking system through my ICICI bank card for AHMEDABAD to SURAT but due to internet problem my transacton was not successfull. My ticket was not booked but my account was debited with Rs.301.

Detail :

Bus service: Ahmedabad to Surat

Journey Date: 18/05 & bus departure time: 17:30 Hrs.

Amount: INR 301/- paid through ICICI bank Debit card.

GSRTC user ID: upasna
