SIR,

I AM A LANDLINE HOLDER SINCE ABOUT 8 YEARS BUT FROM SOME DAYS I AM GETTING A PROBLEM THAT WHEN MY LANDLINE NUMBER GOES DEAD AND I COMPLAINTS THE DEPARTMENT NOBODY TAKES ACTION . RECENTLY BEFORE ONE WEEK I HAVE COMPLAINT IT AND GOT COMPLAINT NO. 6512930 FOR TELEPHONE NO. 2345659 IN THE NAME OF ABDUL RAHIM AND ADDRESS 121, SHIWAJI NEGAR BORING ROAD JHOTWARA, JAIPUR (RAJSTHAN) BUT NO BODY CAME TILL YET TO SEE THE PROBLEM IN LANDLINE CONNECTION. WHEN I ASKED ON CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID THAT WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING YOU MUST GO TO NEAREST BSNL BRANCH.

SO SIR TELL ME CAN YOU DO SOMETHING FOR THIS COMPLAINT OR NOT IF YES THAN PLEASE TAKE SOME QUICK ACTION AGAINST IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON OF YOUR DEPARTMENT IN JAIPUR BRANCH.
