Dear Team,

We are having GTPL set top box since last 2 years. We are facing so many issue related to connection. Everytime they just came to collect money but when ever we register any complain no body respond. Our cable connection is not working and we are unablento see anything even thjough we are paying yearly. Recently on 29-03, i registered one complain wide complain no. 20569 and i talked to Mr. Ashwin Patel on 18002330233 and they said it will resolve in 24 hours and its more than 72 hours but nobody came to resolve. Today when i called then they said we need to register your complain again. We are trying to contact our local operator but they are also not helping us to resolve. We are asking our money back after deducting one month rent but that also they are not giving us.

Please help us in the above matter because everytime we need to face bad and rude behaviour of them and our problem will be unresolved. Right now as we paid whole one year fees so nighter we are able to see cable nor we are getting our money back.
