Dear Sir,
I am Sara John, working in Guardian Bank for past 8yrs 9 months at present i am the Asst Manager,
I got married to Mr. John Baco who is also working in the same Bank as officer. before i could get married to Mr. John I informed the Senior Management and the Chairman of our Bank on 22nd oct about our engagement and also asked if he has any objection, he said he has no objection, furhter in future both myself and my husband will have to work in different branches or help desk, we agreed to it. on 11th june myself and my husband were called for meeting with the chairman, ceo and the general manager. in the meeting, our chairman told that the husband and wife should not work together and the board has decided.but the chairman said once i get the job i can leave the job. but now the managment has reduced Rs. 3000/- from salary which was paid to me as car allowance, because i m not using the car which was provided by the company to me. The company had provided the car for 3 asst managers in the year 2007 when we were promoted as Asst Managers, at present one person has resigned the job, only myself and another asst manager by name Nileema are working, this rule of reducing the car allowance fro my salary is done only to me why not to nileema. I am forced to carry cash from the main branch to the help desk in viveknagar without any protection without any insurance. who is responisble for the cash that i carry and my life . the company has been partial with the employees, there is one more couple who are working in the same bank and same branch but nothing has been told to them that couple cannot work together, why is company so partial, i m helpless i have a debt of Rs. 500000/- which i had borrowed depending upon my salary, if the company is asking us to resign only because two staffs married what will we do for linving and to repay our debts. because of the company's torcher i am not able bear it and feel like commiting suicide for the which the company will be the cause. The company is also deducting PF as EBF But not sending the amount to the PF office.
At time when we are leaving the organisation we are benefited for the number of years for what we have served the organisation.
kindly look into the matter at the earliest
