I got an offer/appointment/contract letter from GUCCI INDUSTRIES UK. Need to confirm the genuinity of the offer letter.

I telephoned GUCCI INDUSTRIES UK head quarters to know the genuinity and more details about the offer at 44.020.78983000. I was intimated that they haven't issued any offer letter in the recent past and thus this offer letter is faque.

However, as the person sent this offer is authenticating that this offer is genuine, I am in dilemma state. Keen to know true information on this.
