I was crossing the toll from the cash lane after making the required payment and collecting the change very peacefully while something banged against the roof of my car. I had to stop the car as it was a loud and scary noise to find out that the barrier had just closed on top of my car causing a dent on the roof and the side.
I parked my car on the side and went to talk to the person at the collection booth and expected him to apologize. However, he was not quite so. He made a call to apparently to the incharge to come and resolve the problem. I waited for some time no oe seemed to be coming. It is a relatively new car and the dent looks quite bad.
I tried calling their helpline to complaint about the person but no one responds. Hope they are more responsible and train their people to not cause this problem to other passengers and show enough respect and be aplogetic if they make any mistake.
