Hello Sir/Madam,
This is Dr. Srinivas Babu Ananthula, from L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad, complaining about the utter negligence of duties at THE GURUDATTA GAS SERVICE STATION located at Green Hills Colony in hyderabad. We bear a Customer NO: 12567 in the name of my Father Dr. A.Hemambara babu, with the Agency and have been very old customers since 10 years and I have booked a cylinder on the 2nd of November and the cylinder was expected to reach home by 16th november but as of today the 26th of november we still havent recieved the cylinder yet. The employees say we have dispatched cylinder on 16th nov. and the Auto Driver -SHABBEER, who is supposed to bring the cylinder home says i did'nt recieve the SUPPLY TOKEN/BILL from the office. He is very rash in his words. Now the office employees say we have nothing to do. they are so reckless in their behaviour. They say u can complain.
This is not the first time we are facing this problem! I do not have any idea as to what should I do? and I don't even know what will the INDANE GAS SERVICE DO after u people recieve this e-mail??? Will any action be taken to render me the cylinder or shall we DIE of Starvation?
