Remote mismatching

Dear Sir

i have purchaged one split AC on 22/04/09.after installation this ac in my home, ac is not working.service person told that remote came withe unit is missmatching.several times i informed to the company and the dealer, but they didn't responded.i couldn't able to use ac in this peak summer.pl tell me what to do?
