Haier C3010 Hand Set
Service Center is taking very large time to respond

Sir,

I am Rahul Taneja. I have bought a Haier C3010 Hand Set from JHANSI last year. Now I have a display problem & i gave it to JHANSI service center on 10-09-09. They said that they will return it to me after 15 days but they did not do so. Till now I haven't get my Hand Set, they give me the reason that they dont have Mobile parts etc which is required. Now what should I do, & what can you do. Why they promised me if they couldn't do so. I am facing this problem second time thats why I am complaining you.
