I have purchased a HAIER mobileh HC-200 .I was given a warranty of 1 year. Since then I am continuously facing some technical problem with this model. It either gets automatically switched off or the software gets hanged, fm is not worked & mobile not charged. I visited your authorized service centre at lajpat nagar in delhi) and got my mobile not or replace on same day of purchaing.i submitted my complaint but i m not getting any reply from your side.
I am not getting any good response from above service center or from customer care center.my no is 9212026456/9211651904.kindly reaply aginst my comlaint
