Credit card lost

Dear Sir/Madam

I lost my credit card having no 5176 5300 2031 4004 on 11th feb 09 . On the same day i spoke to customer care to block the card and he enquired all the details related to card and assured that it will be blocked.

Kindly acknowledge the same as soon as possible and take further action.
