I am the customer of haldwani gas service by connection no is 46233 residential address is roop nagar haldwani. i am facing a great problem from the side of Haldwani Gas service. they charge us for home delivery but never deliver the cylinder in time and home also. I have booked gas on 2/8 but till date no gas delivered and the contactor who is responcible for delivery told that agency has ordered that no home delivery at roop nagar residental area. why they charged us for home delivery charges and never delivered gas on time. we done a lot of complaint in the agency. but they told talk with contractor and contractor told talk with agency. i am facing the problem last one year. and the contractor always sold the cyliner on black market and earn a lot thats why they are not ready to deliver the gas on time to customer. please suggest me what to do and how we get gas cylinder on time.
