Passport not received even after more than 9 months

Dear Sir,

We have applied for the passport on December. Its been more 9 months and we have not received any passports yet.

There are some agents involved in the middle who are trying to make money out of it. We have already put lot of effort to get it done but have not seen any progress lately.
