Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that we have purchased the above cited mobile hand set from THE MOBILE STORE LIMITED, SHOP NO.-3, ISHWAR PLAZA, TELIBANDHA, MAHASAMUNDHA ROAD, RAIPUR (CG) PHONE-0771-4032341 Vide Invoice No. CT4895, Str.-1895, Reg-01 dated 02 /12 by cash Rs.7, 239/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Nine Only.) and served by Salesman Mr. Rahul Gandhi. The above handset was purchased by Mrs. Geeta Singh, Director M/s. Navbharat Udyog Bhawan, Ring Road No.1, Telibandha, P.o.- Ravigram, Distt-Raipur -492001 (CG). India. Mobile Number 919893121600, and Customer number 189500742.
Since the date of its purchase this new mobile handset is not working properly, even we can not talk on this Cell phone without use of loud speaker. Although this matter has already been noticed/pointed out/ reported to the dealer/ Sales man of the handset and this new brand handset has been repaired by the dealer 4 times with in a week of its purchase, yet the problem could not resolved. On enquiry about main dealer of the handset manufacturer Mr. Rahul Gandhi, Sales man Mobile No. 919827106011, 91771645 replied in very rood way and refused to tell the name and telephone number of his Manager/ Owner and denied to take any warrantee/ Guarantee/ Service /replacement responsibilities.
Therefore you are requested to arrange replacement of the defected hand set immediately. Else we will compelled to knock the door of court of law under the Consumer Protection Act 1995 for compensation of the Price of handset and Rs. 2, 50, 000/- for Mental and physical harassment and loss of business in lack of communication for not working of above mobile phone hand set and Legal expenses.
