Sub: AN APPEAL TO PUT AN END TO THE ONGOING HARASSMENT DONE BY HANS HYNDAI, MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI.
I am very disappointed with the kind of customer services being extended by Hans Hyandai. I have been chasing them like a MORON for the past FIVE MONTHS for my car “ SANTRO”, registration number: DL4C S 7305 but have not got a response from them. The part, which is MALFUNCTIONING, is Right Side Power window’s machine, which has become a headache for me and for family.
Whenever I have visited there (HANS HYUDAI, Moti Nagar. New Delhi), I have been told that the part is unavailable and before telling me every time they have first confirmed whether my car is under warranty or not. And the answer I have got is : “ Pat is unavailable”. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE.
Every time these “ Good for Nothing” Guys have promised that would call me on the arrival of the part but hasn’t been that way.
I just want to know that Why am I being Harassed just because I purchased this car.
And if you go there, all the Executives would act like a Devils and would be after your life with the FEEDBACK form but on being Chased they would do Nothing. “Its really unbelievable”
