We had a meter which was running at very fast speed so we went to customer care department to register the compaint. there they said that pay your bill according to the current reading (wrong reading) then they will register our complain and they also added the excess amount paid by you will be refunded. we did the same and registered complaint. when our meter was installed we went to the electricity department for the refund but they refused to refund our amount back.
