Below is the complete transcript of the correspondence that I had with INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB.
Going by the trends that I have noticed from the complaints on this site, I am a bit lucky that I got my product as I went to the courier agency to collect the parcel when I came to know from the site of the courier agency that the parcel has been sent back because the address was not found. I knew that they were not coming to my residence.
On receipt of the parcel I applied for the holiday package through the ordinary post as was the requirement for applying the same on 10-11, but till date I have not received the Holiday Voucher which they promised would be sent within 10 days from receiving the mail (I doubt why they ask to be sent through ordinary post so that Indian Telegraph could be blamed by saying they did not receive the application).
I have written many a times to: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
as follow up but have not got any response in which I even attached the complete filled form received from India Today Book Club Offer Site.
Still hoping for a reply.
