I am traumatised. I have to pay the basic monthly rental of post paid connection of TATA indicom (Rs.450) in comparison for a handset costing Rs.850 . I still am not able to use the connection for the company is not ready to replace the defective handset. Where does it lead so many unwary customers misled by such companies who have a narrow business outlook. But we as customers need to bring the change.
