DISAPPOINTED WITH AIRTEL SERVICE

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I holder of Airtel Mobile number 0 98673 73274, have been using this Airtel for above 5years and also having a huge family of Airtel users within my circle of friends, office staffs, and within my family and am a premium customer of Airtel, where our average billing is always Rs.1800/- & above per month. I have always paying my bill on time, never been a defaulter till date.

As of recently I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel. We have our own three story building called “Harsh Plaza” adjacent to the above mentioned address where my office is based. I have put in complaints several times that we are facing problem with your Airtel network inside our premises. I have been complaining for the past 1 year, but it has not been solved till date. Where as we get network of all other service providers like Tata / Reliance / Vodafone etc, why do the problem persists with Airtel only!!!

Eventually, I get fed up of complaining & informed the customer care that in case my problem not being solved I will be forced to stop making my bill payment. In spite of this my problem was not solved. The worst part is that no one has reverted back to me till date about my problem, over and above I am very disappointed with behaviour of your customer care executive & also your recovery billing department who now keep calling me with threatening rude calls for my payment.

Your Billing department executive do not have the manners to speak to customers, they use such abusive & filthy language and do not try to attend to the grievance of the customers. To be more precise my very near & dear relative is very serious & admitted in “BOMBAY HOSPITAL” since the last 15 days in I C U & the patient Room No. is 1360, if you need confirm!!! I informed the executive who was constantly harassing me for payment regarding the same that as I am stuck in the hospital kindly wait till I get a break, for which she was absolutely discourteous and used such foul language in her reply. I do not recollect the name of the executive as she refused to give her name, but I have save the number from which I was being harassed. The call came from 022 40884577. I wonder how a company like your can appoint such executives with such awful, impolite manners and lacking in etiquette of speaking to customers.

This behaviour has sincerely troubled & upset me. I think your Airtel customer care division, your executives need to understand that we are clients and they need to maintain certain Decorum with us.

I am obliged to inform you that if you do not look into the above said matter with paramount importance, I may be forced to go to consumer’s court with my grievance.

Hence, I request you to kindly look into the same with utmost urgency & get back to me at the earliest with a favourable reply & solution to my problem.
