I have been barred from making outgoing calls with the justification that my ID proof has not been submitted to Airtel office

I had been contacted by a person who introduced herself as an agent working with Airtel (Vazhuthacaud Office) and put forth the new offer from Airtel, whereby i was getting a SIM, complimented to the corporate sim that I am currently using, for the payment of rupees 100. I had gone forth with the offer and had submitted my proof details to [email protected] which i was told was the mail ID of the franchise. I had submitted my proof to this ID since i could'nt meet the customer service executive in person. I received the sim via courier service from the same group polite.associates. I want to check with Airtel if this franchise is authentic and if so, why i had been barred of rightful service for the past 3 days for which I had made 2 to 3 calls to the customer care. If there is no autheticity in these franchises then why is Airtel promoting the sale of Sim through these franchises which is causing such pain to the customers who are barred of their rightful service.
