Wrong ticket & rude behavior by conducto

I seating from Badli Sector 18 Rohini in the HARYANA ROADWAYS route Farmana village to ISBT Kashmere Gate via Bawana BUS NO. HR-69-9916. The conductor give me a ticket no. AG-10-519285 VAL NO. 64839947 for Rs. 20- / (Twenty only). I asked the conductor why are you give me Twenty rupees from BADLI TO ISBT KASHMERE GATE but he says why you are coming in my bus this is your penality.
