No refund of Rs 150

Dear Sir,

I am a regular trevellar of haryana rodways. i used to travel from CHD to ISBT Kashmiri gate (New Dehli). I have taken ticket from Chandigarh to New dehli AC bus of Rs 350/- . I gived Rs 500 to bus conductor and due to non avilibility of change he write Rs. 150/- on the back of tickets and guided me to take the change at dehli. the bus was route was chandigarh-Delhi-Gurgaun. The date was 14 th August in the morning around 6 am.

Conductor denied to pay the money and ran away with the bus. I also complained this on thr counter at new dehli. They told me to go gurgaun. The Driver and conductor misbehaved, I can produce the tickets on demand. Bus tsart from chandgarh night 13.08.2011 12.45om & delhi isbt reached at 6am morning
