I have paid for a 1MBPS 4 month line, instead hathway gave me 128 Kbps 1 month line, I need the 1 mbps line to check my official mails and act acc. But then 128 kbps is worthless, a word doc takes ages to download with a speed of 4kbps!!

I have complained 5 times since Saturday (29th Nov), the hathway helpline (66989898) ppl say they will process it through mumbai and get it done within 4 hrs. But no processing has taken place. I am still wondering why did i apply for hathway, ppl curse the company to be non helpful to customers.

I have been duped into a wrong connection, i paid way more than what was required. I paid for a 1mbps line. Got nothing in return, when i talk to refund they say 1 month time for refund, when the sales person had to give connection he was begging for cash. Now 1 month to refund that cash . please suggest what to do??

Should i file a police complaint against the company and the agent??
