The transmission of cable not proper since three months

I am residing in Bangalore. We took a cable connection and for one and a half year it worked okay though the transmission was not so good at that time too but we managed. Since the past three months the cable operators are not paying any attention to our complaint. After repeated complaints nothing has been done about it.

I gave another complaint today, I was told that I should get in box installed. The payment is rs 750/-. They said that they are not promoting it but it would be better. Nothing has been done about the transmission. I spoke to Mr Kartik there. Mr Umesh who is the incharge in the locality never picks his phone. I have been told that the manager is changed. Her name is Gayatri but I cannot contact her. The phone no. of the above company is 080 4011 4100. I request you to kindly look into the matter.
