I was working as a team lead in HCL BPO in chennai. I was with them from April to May. It is more than 2 years and i have been communicating with the HR Manager, PF Helpdesk but no one has paid attention to this. I had mentioned a proper address while submitting the PF Claim but the cheque was sent to a wrong address which is not my fault. Even after clarifying the correct address i have not received my settlement. I have absolutely no idea how to get it or to whom i should contact.
