Wrong Charges at the time of purchase

I visited one of the Honda Showroom in Gorakhpur and at the time of Payment they had charged Rs.450 for Teflon Coating and when i asked why you are charging for this as this is optional they said you have to pay for this as this is mandatory. How someone can make it mandatory Teflon Coating when you are not making mandatory to buy Leggaurd and other accessories. Please suggest.

Now, i am thinking to go for some other brand...
