I have purchased new Desktop of HCL company on 16.06.2008 but after few days of its purchase it is not working properly. Some problem arises in motherboard and service centre ask that motherboard is to be send for repair in company. They send the same but motherboard received unrepaired and they again ask me to wait some days as they will send it again to company. Is not a harassment by HCL company. Whether I have committed any offence by purchasing HCL Desktop? The service centre is doing his service best but what about the company!
