My HCL's computer system at out house got damaged on 08.08.09 and I immediately called HCL customer care and asked for rectification, since it is under warranty. They immediately allotted the complaint no. 088090328. An HCL executive to our house on 10.08.2009 and taken the 'mother board' as this was damaged. The executive confirmed the motherboard will be rectified or replaced within couple of days.
I have been complaints/reminders to Mr. Harendra Singh & other HCL executives since 21.08. but in vain none of them responded.
The delay in fixing the motherboard is affecting my work schedule. This kind of behavior is not expected from a reputed company.
Kindly intervene and do the needful
