Espected sir
i purchased hcl desktop computer of hcl company on 13/3/ 2007..i also purchased two years extended warranty at the same time..so i must have warranty period upto 12/3... but now they are not giving me service since jan saying that in their record my extended warranty was registered for one year only and expired in 2009. i have contacted their costumer service department many times..they told me to fax the warranty card and i did the same immediately... but no action has been taken till date in spite of various reminders to customer department over telephone... please guide me what to do next??
