I have purchased the HCL Desktop system from dealer in kanpur on 31 jul.
On 16 oct the monitor stopped working. I went to HCL INFOSYSTEMS
LTD, The service Center in Somdutt Plaza in kanpur (now shifted to Lajpat
nagar), they advised me to extend the warranty for next two years for Rs.
2800 only.
I did the same and have extended the warranty till 15 oct.
Now the problem is that since 16 oct my monitor is not working properly
and I have complained to Mayank, the incharge of service center in kanpur,
but he is not taking proper action.
The details of the complaint are as follows:

Now when I call to Mayank he tell me that monitor engineer will come next
day from lucknow then we will send him to your home and keep on saying the
same everyday.
Also I have sent mail to the company mail ids viz. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
But till now I am not satisfied with the service of HCL.
So I request you to take strict action against the Service Center in kanpur. or else do I need to go to Consumer Forum, please tell me.
