Pathetic customer service

I bought the desktop on 06/09, Since the first day, I was getting shock frm the system. I thought it could be issue with the home internal wiring. I checked tht everything was fine, I shifted the system in another room as well but problem was still same. I was also getting error on the system which was software error. I called HCL customer support centre & regarding the software, the person, his name was Rahul, he said tht your warranty doesn't cover software problems & said that I will be chgd to fix the issue. I informed him tht i checked in the system, this error was of HCl EC2 software which is HCL's own software, Finally, he agreed to fix it.i also informed him regarding the issue of shock frm the system. He asked me to wait for 24-48 hrs as Technician wil come at my place to fix both issue. He gave me the ref # 159090346 dated 15 sep, 09.Its been more than a week now, nobody has come at my place to fix the issue. So, I am waiting for my system fixed which is the new system on which I recently spend Rs.24000/-.it hurts so much when you spend so much money on a new product & also on a branded product like HCL. Moreover, it is paid ph.# of customer care which hurts more. It is really worst & pathetic customer service of HCL. I am really disappointed with my decision to buy HCL computer.
