Non disbursement of amount by ATM

This is to inform you that ATM of HDFC Kondhwe Khurd branch failed to disburse amount when I had tried to withdraw amount of Rs. 15000.00 and my account was charged for the amount on date 01/11. The account statement shows withdrawal of the amount from the bank ATM.
