Non performance of job of Vikas Marg Delhi Branch

My self Anoop Goyal applied savings account in Vikas Marg Branch pf HDFC Bank and deposited Rs 5200 cash on 9th august and i was comitted that account would be open within 3 working days. but still nobody is there to reply even its 21st of august is about to go.
