Welocme Kit / Details Not Received even after 1 month

Hello,

I have not received my welcome kit / repayment schedule even after 1.5 months of loan disburstment. After repeatedly calling the cusotmer care (080 66003333) no details about the kit have been provided. Every time i have been told that a new welcome kit / other details will be couried. No courior dispatch number has been provided. This is poor service.
