I have deposited an cheque on date 23/10, Amount Rs 43297.00 which cheque number - 119466 dated-22/10 Bank name - HSBC, Gurgaon on South Extension part-2 ATM drop box. But till the time balance is not reflected in my account. Regarding same i have logged a complaint also which number is 239510998 dated 30/10/08. but till the date i haven't get any response fron HDFC officials. I have called your customer centers many times but till the time i haven't receive any satisfactory response from them. After logging complaint on 30/10/08 yours officials says they will contact me within 2 days but its not happened. I called them again many times but no response. On 03/11 time 12:23 PM i called HDFC customer care then Mr Indra told me someone from Branch will be call u within 2 hrs but its not happens.
