Pathetic service

Hi,

This is to inform u that i have an account with HDFC bank from long time but on recent past it has started giving a pathetic service.today is friday i called up to the helpline no 02228561818 i have been calling at this no from monday to arrange me a call from my mother branch which is in Andheri Marol;every time i speak to them it is said that i would receive a call with in 2 hours but its not the case.

Is this the kind of service which is provided by the Bank and even in the helpline thay cant provide with the branchs contact no so that we can contact them.atleast the branch would have the no to be contacted, if atleast thay provide us with the no atleast we could contact them and clerar our problems.
