I am not convinced with the reply from Mr. Krishna Kumar below. I went to that shop and spoke to the owner who told me that they have not got the payment (ie. double payment) as it reflects in my statement. As he had immediately done a VOID SALE, the same was cancelled…..
I don’t understand why I should be waiting for such a long time for a small amount reversal for no mistake of mine..
CAN I GET A CALL FROM SOME ONE SENIOR FROM THE BRANCH……..EVERYTIME I HAVE A TOUGH TIME WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT GUYS…..WHO TAKE 2 DAYS TO REPLY BACK AND THEN GIVE SUCH STUPID ANSWER……
I don’t have the time to follow up the stupid process of filling the Dispute form etc.etc…………………………………….WOULD APPRECIATE IF THE AMOUNT IS REVERSED BACK TO MY A/C IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE WOULD BE FORCED TO CLOSE THE A/C AFTER A HAVING A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS WITH THE BANK..
