Dear Sir,

As per my telecom coversation today evening with your customer care executives in call centre based in Rajori Garden near surya continental, I had a word with your customer care executives Name -Mr Sachin (put me on hold for half an hour and then disconnect my call), Ms Himanshi Jain (transfer my call and then disconnected my call), and finally had a word with your deupty manger in call centre Mr. Prabhu Mishra from land line no 011-41574323 and he told me that you can do any thing so Finally I am going to be a very hopeless and feeling very helpless from your managers and your phone banking officers like in your operations Now I am sending you a mail regarding my concern to deduct the 224 RS. from my account as a third party diposit taxn.where is it mention in RBI rules under the which section to deduct the amount for the deposit of the amount why are you charging this amount you are not poviding any extra service as compare to other Private Banks & Govt. Banks I have a four account with Nationalised banks like Bank of Baroda, State bank of india, Canara bank, and Punjab national bank. They are not charging such type of amount for the deposit of any amount the same account as I am very much fedup with the services provided by your personal bankers and customer care executives Name--Kiran Walia (Personal Banker) and in call centre Ms Jaspreet & TL -Prabhu Mishra when I was speaking with him during the coversation he did'nt take initiative reagrding my concern and laughed. I know this is a trivial amount of money which if lost does not matter to me but "collection of single penny makes a rupee". I also called Hdfc sec-26 Branch and spoke with Ms Kiran Walia and put a request to send me a scan copy of the account closure form then she told me that she doesn't have a right to send this form. I hope so if she is a personal banker in your branch to serve the customer, she has these type of rights to send to customer bcoz I am also a working personal and I don't have such time to visit the branch again and again.
