Wrongly Rs.15000 is Debited from Savings A/c

Hi,

On 28th Nov Rs.15000 has been debited from my HDFC savings account in favour of "HOLD FUND RELEASED LAN # 2673985". I dont know what is this Loan Account Number and i dont who's this LAN #. I called HDFC Customer Service (Banaglore) 4 times, but till today no response. Even i dont have any email id to send a strong email about the invalid entry in my account. But i dont have.

Please help me to get it solved. If you need more information, please let me know.
