Regarding Cheque deposit

MY PF AMOUNT HAD BEEN SENT TO ME THROUGH CHEQUES (2 CHEQUES) FROM THE CHENNAI PF OFFICE TO MY HDFC BANK, HOSUR AROUND 7 MONTHS BACK. THOSE CHEQUES WERE GOT MISSED WHEN IT SENT TO CHENNAI FOR CLEARENCE. THIS I CAME TO KNOW THROUGH THE HDFC BANK OFFICIALS. AFTER A LONG AND HECTIC FOLLOWUP ONE CHEQUE AMOUNT GOT CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT JUST 2 MONTHS BACK. BUT ANOTHER CHEQUE AMOUNT IS STILL NOT CREDITED. I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE HOSUR BANK MANAGER ON THIS REGARD AND HE DIDN'T RESPOND PROPERLY. I HAVE REGISTERED MY COMPLAINT IN THE HDFC BANK WEBSITE 15 DAYS BACK. BUT STILL NO RESPONCE FROM THEM.
