I deposited cheque No.967361, dt.29.4.2009 in the HDFC bank The Mall Road Amritsar on the same day. It was govt.salary account No, 11151050071179.The person incharge misplaced the cheque, when I enquired from the bank they advised me to see something as I had not deposited the cheque. When I showed the bank slip they traced my cheque and took various alpha and beta excuses. The account no. was mentioned on the back of the cheque.
