Need Money Back that extra charged

Respected Sir

My HDFC bank account no. is 06301610002889 I went to Restaurant Parikarma, Delhi on 29 May and Paid the bill by the debit card.

The bill was of Rs 1061.00 only. The bank deducted the amount on 30 May. Also on 2 June they deducted Rs 1460.20 also.

I called the customer care and they told me that i have transferred the money to some third party. I asked them to put a query in order to know whom i have transferred. Again I called them to know about the transaction. Then they said that its the restaurant fault. So I called them also but they said its not there mistake.

Finally I get a call from HDFC to fax/email my bills.

I mailed them the bills. And when i asked about the status they said they have not recieved and asked me to again mail. I have mailed to almost 3 ids.

And finally i have been asked to fax and submit the charge back form.

Its really a shame that bank like HDFC has done this. I made so many calls as well went to cafe for mailing them. So i would like to claim the amount for the same and for the inconvinience.
