i was working as CONTRACT SALES EXECUTIVE (CSE) in phillaur branch (1421)

jalandhar from -25-04-08 to 24-04-09. my employee code was cs17352

&my salary a/c is 02591040001427.

this is my query that till yet

i do not receive my provident fund &living letter also experience

certificate.i request my team leader &

S.M many times but they are not supporting me.

now i am requesting you to release

my p.f as soon as possible in my salary a/c

& send me above said document as early as possible and obliged.
