Respected Sir,

I Wasim Botke applied for Net Banking IPIN Number. HDFC BANK has dispatched the courier on 16th October through Pafex Courier vide Airway Bill No.266148271. After 4 to 5 days I have enquired reg my courier to Pafex Courier (Andheri Branch) they have replied me that we have returned your courier to HDFC BANK (Chandivali Branch) becuase our company did not have service to your postal address.

Please note I am residing in Nallasopara (west) Pin Code No.401203 (Dist - Thane, Taluka Vasai).

Kindly consider my Complaint & to the needful as early as possible.
