Ignoarance of customers

Hi. i m kirti from rudrapur working in a company.last monday i went to bank to open the salaried account.but the agent in the bank and other senior did not take any serious consideration.they were just trying to ignore. i think they have no respect for their customers.while talkin with mr. varun he was making me fool.i went their three time in a month.while my formalities are ful yet they are making me fool.plz do needful to avoid this in future
