Withdrall cash

Dear Sir,

Iinform u to that I had complain in HDFC Bank tranjaction A/c.no.02261050067203.Date 2 May by Indian Bank ATM Amt.4000/. use for cash withdrall but cash could't withdrall. But in my Account bls. has credited. I complaint in HDFC office civillines ALLHABAD 11th May but no responce till now. Then last he Said That if u will complain in RBI then every thing is right.

Sir please kindly give me positive responce.
